Orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Customers will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once their order has been shipped.

Damaged items must be reported within 14 days of receipt, with photo evidence for claim processing.
RaserMed Solutions is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances.

If an order is returned due to an undeliverable address, reshipping fees may apply.
