Refund policy

1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

At RaserMed Solutions, we are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent service. We aim to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. You may request a return, exchange, or refund if:
✔ The item has a defect or fault that was not apparent at the time of purchase.
✔ The product does not match the description provided.
Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Certain items, such as sterile medical supplies, PPE, and consumables, may not be eligible for return due to health and safety regulations.

If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days for resolution.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, follow these steps:
1️ Contact Customer Support – Email info@rasermedsolutions.co.nz with your order details and reason for return.

2️ Receive Return Authorization – Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
3️ Ship the Item – Securely package the product and send it to the provided return address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
4️ Refund or Exchange – Upon inspection, refunds or exchanges will be processed within 14 Business Days.

3. Refunds & Processing

Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Refunds may take 14 Business Days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.

4. Exchanges

Exchanges are available for defective or incorrect items.
If an exchange is not possible due to stock availability, a refund will be issued.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned due to hygiene and health regulations:
Opened medical supplies
PPE (masks, gloves, gowns)
Customized or special-order items
