1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
At RaserMed Solutions, we are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent service. We aim to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. You may request a return, exchange, or refund if:
✔ The item has a defect or fault that was not apparent at the time of purchase.
✔ The product does not match the description provided.
✔ Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
✔ Certain items, such as sterile medical supplies, PPE, and consumables, may not be eligible for return due to health and safety regulations.
If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days for resolution.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, follow these steps:
1️⃣ Contact Customer Support – Email info@rasermedsolutions.co.nz with your order details and reason for return.
2️⃣ Receive Return Authorization – Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
3️⃣ Ship the Item – Securely package the product and send it to the provided return address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
4️⃣ Refund or Exchange – Upon inspection, refunds or exchanges will be processed within 14 Business Days.
3. Refunds & Processing
✔ Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method.
✔ Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
✔ Refunds may take 14 Business Days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
4. Exchanges
✔ Exchanges are available for defective or incorrect items.
✔ If an exchange is not possible due to stock availability, a refund will be issued.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned due to hygiene and health regulations:
❌ Opened medical supplies
❌ PPE (masks, gloves, gowns)
❌ Customized or special-order items
